STARTING POINT

"I set myself a goal to run the Robin Hood Half Marathon having not exercised or taken care of my nutrition properly for years. I had carried out some research and looked at training plans online but felt that I needed some accountability. I started working with Jonathan about 6 months out from my Half Marathon. I wanted to ensure that I trained well and didn't get injured."

6 MONTHS LATER

"Following an initial meeting Jon created a plan that I was able to stick to throughout. It had some flexibility within it through the app provided so I was able to make swaps if life kicked in and I was unable to train on a specific day. I was then able to work away independently. Knowing that Jon was only on the end of a text or email was everything I needed to be successful and to be consistent. The weekly check ins with Jon allowed my plan to be amended as I made progress."
