MATT

"I bought some new bike leathers on sat as my old ones were hanging off. I've gone from a XXL to a medium unbelievable"

STARTING POINT

Matt initially came to me after ending up stuck in a rut with his health and fitness. In the past he would often get out onto his mountain bike and shred the trails but over the years he slowly spent less and less time on his bike and more time grafting at work. His nutrition went downhill, his movement reduced and mountain biking came to a halt. Due to gaining a significant amount of weight he no longer felt confident on his bike and his gear no longer fitted him. It started to become costly having to constantly purchase new biking gear as he gained weight. 

The plan to get him back on track was simple -

 

- Build a simple and solid routine which could be maintained. 

- Make simple but effected changes to his current nutrition. 

- Get short rides planned weekly and gradually build distance and the passion for mountain biking again.

6 MONTHS LATER

6 Months later and Matt was back to shredding the trails on his mountain bike after shedding a lot of bodyfat. Over 20kg in just 6 months! He actually lost around 91lbs over a period of 12 months. He was regularly out riding on weekends with his son. He got back into motocross and his routine was absolutely dialled in.

Matt was also hitting PRs consistently whilst on the trails due to a solid strength training routine which improved his performance drastically.
