“I have set goals through the program, ones I wouldn’t have even considered before due to weight and fitness levels. But due to the programme, fitness and weight loss I have completed these and set new ones to work towards which keeps me focused.”

STARTING POINT

Oli wanted to drop some weight and get back on top of his fitness so he could keep up with his kids.

Before we started working together this is how Oli felt -

“Before entering the programme, I had low energy levels, meaning after work I would just crash. I wouldn’t feel motivated to go to the gym or even consider any meaningful exercise. My nutrition was like a yoyo. It was very up and down which would impact on my weight and mood. My training would be inconsistent. I didn’t feel I was benefitting from it as I should.”

12 WEEKS LATER

Oli has surpassed his initial goals and is continuing to progress further.

“I have set goals through the program, ones I wouldn’t have even considered before due to weight and fitness levels. But due to the programme, fitness and weight loss I have completed these and set new ones to work towards which keeps me focused.”

Oli has dropped nearly 8kg of body fat already. But fat loss aside this is what he has taken from the program so far -

“I feel an overall benefit from the programme. Managing to exercise and keep up with my children daily has been something I have benefited the most. Having higher energy levels means that throughout the day I can keep all this up without crashing. I am feeling fitter to the point I am completing 10kms on a regular basis which before entering the programme I wouldn’t even consider due to weight and fitness levels. I have learnt a lot through my time on the programme. What works for me, that’s its ok at times to have a break from it and not to become frustrated it the scales don’t move as you have hoped. Overall a very positive experience and its with Jons help and knowledge I have been able to achieve this.“
